5. Shipping & Delivery

• We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for all UK shipments.

• Orders placed before 1 PM (Monday–Thursday) are usually delivered the next working day.

7. Lost or Missing Parcels

• Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments via the Royal Mail tracking number provided.

• If a parcel is lost, a claim must be submitted to Royal Mail. Compensation will depend on the outcome of their investigation, which typically takes up to 30 days.

• If tracking indicates delivery but the parcel is not received, Royal Mail will investigate. We cannot guarantee compensation in such cases.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other factors outside our control.

• All jewelry must be handled with care. The customer is responsible for preserving the condition of the product.
