All parcels are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Orders placed before 1 PM (Monday to Thursday) are delivered the next day.
Please note: Orders placed on Friday may arrive on Saturday or the following Monday, depending on Royal Mail’s schedule.
Shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Handmade jewelry is not priced by weight. Each piece has a fixed price, clearly shown in the product photo.
Fixed bracelets may contain a discreet internal wire made from a standard material. This is essential to ensure the durability and flexibility of the handmade design.
In the rare event of a lost parcel, the customer must file a complaint directly with Royal Mail, using the receipt sent via email when the jewelry was purchased.
Royal Mail will investigate and, once the process is completed (within 30 days), they will compensate the customer directly.
If the tracking shows the parcel as “Delivered” but it hasn’t been received, a formal claim must be submitted to Royal Mail.
In such cases, we cannot take responsibility or guarantee compensation, as the decision lies solely with Royal Mail. This is rare, but we believe in transparency with our clients.
Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, and returned in exactly the same condition they were received.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after the item has been returned and inspected.
Customers can choose a full refund or select another product from available stock.
Returns must be announced within 24 hours and delivered back to the seller within 14 days. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return.
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings (including for navel or nose) can only be returned on the same day of delivery or within 24 hours, only if the seal is unbroken.
Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Items must be safely packaged and shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
After sending, the customer must provide the tracking number to the seller.
Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours.
We do not cover damage caused by misuse, impact, or improper handling. It is the customer’s responsibility to care for their jewelry properly.
